The Association of Ontario Felter's, organized in Spring 2006,is a group of professional feltmakers, artists and fibre vendors that create handmade felt using wet and needle felting techniques to transform wool fibers (not yarn) into felt.
At this time, we are currently restructuring the group. Generally, each meeting will have a discussion or hands-on program related to a felting topic. The intent is to develop a group for feltmakers that is professional,active, educational, and inspirational.The meeting schedule and locations may be modified as the group evolves to accommodate those that live throughout Ontario.
